Take your time in naming your topic. The forum will be how we arrange it together.

Could you please send us some information regarding what you/your group plan to do at the forum. If you would like to contribute to our culture programme, hold a workshop, a lecture or discussion group, please state the topic and send us your text so that we can translate it and prepare information for the other participants. Please provide us with details regarding the length of time you require for your workshop, lecture etc.

We also need information about how you plan to introduce yourselves and your project to the other members of the forum. We need this information as soon as possible in order to prepare an introduction brochure for all participants. Our dedicated team of voluntary translators are currently busy translating all the documents for the forum and need as much information in advance as possible.
